Child Policy (1 Nov 2007 to 31 Oct 2008)

1. Child under 12 years old do not accepted for Nora Pool Villa & Nora Ocean Pool Villa due to security reason.
2. No room charge for one child under 12 years sharing room with parents without extra bed
3. 50% off meals contract will be applied for children under 12 years.

Cancellation Policy

Valid: 01-30 Nov'08, 16 Apr - 15 Jul'09 & 16 Sep - 31 Oct'09 (Low Season)
1)1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 17 days of arrival and for no show

Valid: 01-19 Dec'08, 11 Jan - 15 Apr'09 & 16 Jul - 15 Sep'09 (High Season)
1)1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 24 days of arrival
2) 50% of total booking will be charged for no show (apply for booking with minimum of 2 nights. Otherwise, 1 night no show charge will be applied for booking with 1 night stay)

Valid: 20 Dec'08 - 10 Jan'09 (Peak Season)
1) 50% of total room charge will be applied if booking is cancelled less than 38 days of arrival
2) Full length of stay will be charged for no show
